At Kavian Origin Private Limited, we aim to deliver your order safely, swiftly, and in perfect condition. All shipments are handled with the utmost care to maintain the quality and freshness of our ghee.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details.

 

2. Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Locations: 5-8 business days
• Remote or Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
• (Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.)

 

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs.499.
• A nominal delivery charge may apply for COD orders or for orders below Rs.499 (visible during checkout).
• Any promotional offers on free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website.

 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available in select pin codes only.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order upon delivery.
• Orders not accepted upon delivery may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

5. Packaging & Handling

• Every jar of Kavian Ghee is packed in tamper-proof and leak-resistant packaging.
• We ensure that each product is shipped only after a quality and seal check.

 

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

• In case of any delay or non-delivery, please contact us at support@kavianorigin.com or our helpline within 7 days of your expected delivery date.
• We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Damaged or Leaked Shipments

• If you receive a damaged or leaked package, please take clear photos or videos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Retum Policy.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within India. International delivery will be introduced soon.
