A New Beginning Rooted in Tradition

Our Story...

Kavian wasn’t started in a boardroom.
It started with homesickness.

We belong to Bihar. But like many others, we had to leave home for studies. New city, new people, new life… sab theek tha. But there was one thing that never felt the same “khaana”.

Sounds a little cliché, right? But trust us, nothing hits harder than missing maa (ke haath ka khana) after a long day. The dal tasted different, the roti felt incomplete, and every meal reminded us of home. Then one day we realised, maybe it wasn’t just the food we missed. It was the love mixed into it.

Especially that one spoon of ghee our maa would pour on every meal. Aur sach bataayein? Wo sirf ghee nahi hota tha. Wo unka pyaar hota tha.

That’s when Kavian was born. We thought, maa ke haath ka khaana toh nahi laa sakte, but maybe we can bring that warmth, that comfort, that feeling of home to every plate.

And even our name carries a story.

During a trip to Kashi, after wandering through the beautiful gullies, we reached Kashi Vishwanath Mandir and discovered Maa Annapurna’s temple nearby, the goddess who nourishes everyone.

It instantly felt right.

“Ka” from Kashi.
“Vi” from Vishwanath.
“An” from Annapurna.

KAVIAN.

A name rooted in devotion, warmth, and the simple joy of feeding people with love. Because for us, ghee is not just an ingredient. It’s ghar ki feeling, a spoon of love.
