Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Kavian Origin Private Limited, we take utmost care to ensure that your ghee reaches you in perfect condition. Since ghee is a food product, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards in line with FSSAI guidelines.

1. Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged or leaked during transit.
  • The wrong item has been delivered.
  • The product is expired or spoiled on delivery.
  • In such cases, customers can request a refund or a replacement free of charge.

 

2. Conditions for Return/Refund

  • A complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.
  • Customers must provide photographic or video proof of the issue (damaged seal, leaked jar, wrong product, etc.).
  • The product should be in its original packaging and unopened (except in case of leakage/spoilage).

 

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

 

4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Cases

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed ghee jars.
  • Dissatisfaction with taste, aroma, or texture (as ghee is a natural product and may vary slightly).
  • Returns requested after the 48-hour complaint window.
